Cancelling Your Vendor Store & Subscription

We value your partnership with Steellink and aim to support your business needs. If you decide to cancel your vendor store and subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to admin@steellink.com.au with your store name and reason for cancellation.

  2. Confirmation: Our team will respond with a confirmation and any necessary steps to finalize the cancellation.

  3. Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will end at the start of the next billing month. Please note, this will result in the removal of your store and products from the Steellink marketplace.

Additional Information:

Data Retrieval: Ensure you have saved any necessary data or customer information from your store before cancellation.

Outstanding Orders: Fulfill any outstanding orders to maintain a positive reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.
